Description: This nearly level to gently rolling prairie is covered in native grasses, primarily switch grass, with some Indian-big-blue-little-blue and others, presently taller than the top of a vehicle. The property has been in the CRP Program for the past ten years and has had no grazing from livestock. The more than adequate stock water is provided by numerous tanks/ponds, some of which are very large - the largest being 10.88 acres, with others being in the 3 to 4 acre range. Because the tract has been in the CRP Program the fences have been allowed to deteriorate in some areas and are in need of repair. The acreage is divided into four fenced areas.
