Location: S NE; S 1/2, Section 29, T5N-R23W, Greer County, Oklahoma - Northeast corner of the property. Improvements are one quarter mile south.

Description: The property is 400 acres of level land with some gently rolling hills. It is mostly Bermuda grass, divided into various sized pastures.
