Description: Formerly a portion of the Great Plains, this ranch has changed with the times. Dense growths of timber, covering approximately 25% of the property, have engulfed creek areas, leaving huge expanses of native grass meadows, overflowing with the grasses native to this area, including Indian, switch, and blue stem, allowing for rotational grazing, if desird.
