Description: This tract of land is close to town, has good roads, and has an extremely fertile creek bottom. Bermuda grass covers most of the bottom with mature pecan trees scattered throughout. The creek has live water and good fishing and is less than a mile from the mouth of Beaver Creek. Waurika Lake was built to control flooding on the creek and has greatly improved water flow on Cow Creek, with flooding greatly reduced and only under extreme conditions. This area holds good numbers of wildlife with deer, turkey and wild hog in abundance. The good stand of Bermuda grass with many mature pecan trees and high production in the bottom makes this a very nice property.
